- During abstract submission, providing references is optional and limited to a maximum of three.

- You can download the acceptance letter through the system. From the Dashboard, click View (for a specific submission), and on the left side, click "Download Acceptance Letter (PDF)".

Why Latin/ASCII only?
This prevents corrupted symbols in exports and ensures data is consistent across systems.
Tips
- Use your institutional email if possible.
- Double-check author names and affiliations.
- You can edit submissions later from the dashboard.
