From the Dashboard, click View (for a specific submission), and on the left side, click "Download Acceptance Letter (PDF)". • Conference dates: 17–19 December 2026 • Full 8-page Springer paper deadline, post-conference: 20 February 2027 Abstract submission deadline (extended): 15 November 2026. 2+1 offer: Register and pay for two accepted contributions under the same package by 15 November 2026 and receive a third free. Two Online Option 1: free Online Option 1. Two Online Option 2: free Online Option 2. Two Online Option 3 or two On-site Delegate: free Online Option 1 or 2. Contributions may come from you or your academic network; all three must be accepted. The complimentary contribution is online and does not include Springer/Scopus publication. Springer/Scopus publication places (Online Option 3 and On-site Delegate) are limited and may be fully allocated before 15 November. Complete registration and payment promptly to secure a place, subject to abstract acceptance. Once filled, online participation remains available through Option 1 or Option 2. Registration and payment deadline: 10 December 2026.
